Qualityproperties.ca was born out of the need for students to have a place to call home. Stephen Szewczuk, owner and former student at Windsor has experienced firsthand the issues that many students have had to face in dealing with unresponsive landlords and finding quality affordable accommodations while attending post secondary education. From this embarked the development of properties that are tailored to meet the ever changing needs of students with qualityproperties.ca.

You will find by renting one of my properties you will have a responsive landlord, a place to call home while you are at school and a property that has been outfitted with energy efficient heating and cooling, windows, updated bathrooms and kitchens along with some of the latest technological amenities such as bedrooms being wired for internet, cable and telephone and wireless internet.
