Lease Agreement

All properties are operated as single family homes.

There is one lease for each home encompassing all tenants.

Rent is paid for each home as you are renting the entire home, not on a per bedroom basis.

All common areas are for the use of all occupants.

Tenants are responsible for:

Determining room allocation and how all aspects of the property are occupied.

Financial responsibility for utilities

Providing all their own furniture

Ensuring the cleanliness of the property

Group decision making regarding all aspects of the property

Maintaining control over the property.

What I provide as a landlord:

You will be treated with dignity and respect.

Your questions and concerns will be addressed promptly.

Any property issues will be handled in a prompt, efficient professional manner.

The assurance that I will work to ensure that your house and university experience is enjoyable.
