I was one of Stephen’s tenants for three years. He is quite possibly the best landlord ever. He is there to help you out whether it is as simple as finding a grocery store, or with issues within the house and or the apartment of his that I lived in. He is reliable, responsible, professional and friendly. The places I lived were always very well kept, nice and clean with everything in working order. He was also always more than willing to work around my schedule, whether I was in the middle of exams, or working, helping out with the English Language Improvement Program etc. I really enjoyed being one of his tenant’s, I wish all landlords were this amazing.

I was a student nurse when I moved to Windsor and I found some of the student houses that we looked at were very dirty and disgusting. The house that our group chose was one of Stephen’s and it was clean, tidy and he was very nice and professional. This was the only house that I could have imagined myself living in when I stayed in Windsor. I lived in Windsor for one year while completing my third year of nursing. Stephen was a great landlord that made life moving to Windsor very easy.

The house that we rented was very clean, freshly painted and very presentable and all the bedrooms were a good size. Not to mention having cable, internet and telephone jacks in all the bedrooms and the dishwasher were all nice perks! Stephen was available whenever we needed him. He contacted us by phone or email every now and then to make sure that everything was perfect for us. If there was an emergency Stephen was there within that day to fix the problem. During our stay in Windsor we grew a bond with Stephen and enjoyed having him as our landlord. I have recommended Stephen as a landlord to many people and will continue to do so. Thank you Stephen for a great year!

I am one of Stephen’s current tenants for the last couple of years. When we moved in to our home everything was very tidy, it was obvious he had taken the time to get it professionally cleaned. Stephen has been an amazing landlord, very attentive with any concerns of mine or my other roommates. One example of this is when our doorbell malfunctioned we called him and 15 minutes later he had called back and set up a time to come by a fix it the next day.

Before meeting Stephen we had looked at a number of other university student houses and in comparison the quality of Stephen’s house is amazing. Everything is updated, refinished and quite homey. My only regret, is that I wish we had looked at Stephen’s houses sooner and saved a bunch of time. We feel Stephen is an excellent landlord not only because of his attentiveness but also his understanding and reliability. We have definitely lucked out, and anyone else who rents from Stephen, surely will as well.

I have lived in two of Stephen’s homes since my second year of university for over 3 years. As a serious student who was active in the UWSA Womyn’s Centre and the Volunteer Internship Program I found living in his rental properties was great because they were comfortable and clean. It is for those reasons my roommates and I could say our house was truly our home!

In the three years I have known Stephen I have learned that he is an honest landlord, who makes it his first priority to make sure all his houses are up to first-class standards. He is very much a hands-on landlord and I know when I had any problems, he was able to fix them himself or brought someone in and did so in a timely manner. Now that I have graduated from the University of Windsor, I can look back and honestly say that he is great landlord. I enjoyed living in his homes, which is why I never even entertained looking at anyone else’s houses during my duration as a student.

Stephen has been  my landlord for the last 3 years. He will be my landlord up until I graduate from University of Windsor. If I decide to stay for teachers college I will surely keep him as my landlord. Stephen has been nothing but nice and respectful to my roommates and myself.

He is very quick to respond to any problems you might have. ANYTIME we needed him for anything he was always readily available and quickly over to help us out. He made my transition from residence (having everything done for me) to living on my own as easy as possible. He understands the difficulties of being a student and being out on your own for the first time. Not only has he been a super landlord in being there when we needed him, he also put on a tenant appreciation night! He is a wonderful man who believes in building trusting relationships with his tenants. I have no problem recommending anyone to live in his homes, as he makes sure that they are in top shape with all the extra amenities, you will be well taken care of I guarantee it!

Stephen you have been a great landlord, we really appreciate it! I love our house and have so many great memories in it.
